Design System 2025 – ongoing
Circleback is a meeting note taker used throughout the workday, often alongside email, calendar and docs. I started with the app shell and design system, then expanded the work into redesigning key workflows across the product.

Before taking on larger workflow changes, the interface needed a clearer foundation across color, typography, spacing, iconography, and layout. This work established that system and shaped the direction of what followed.

Editing the title removes secondary actions from view to keep the state focused. Sharing is given more space and prominence within the note header.

The new typeface and component language made more compact layouts possible, while flows like sharing meeting notes were designed around clear next steps.

Created the dark mode color system and redesigned action items to make the aggregated list feel lighter, faster to scan, and a clearer entry point to more context.
